Shifts: Weekend AM/PM shifts on a rota basis, plus flexibility to cover weekday shifts when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day running of golf operations, including reception, green fees, and ancillary sales.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere for all golfers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling enquiries efficiently.
- Work closely with the Golf Operations Manager, reception team, golf coaches, and marshals.
- Be proactive across the clubhouse to ensure smooth operations and memorable experiences.
- Assist with loyalty card check-ins, renewals, and general enquiries.
- Help promote the benefits of the centre and support customer growth.
