When will you launch?
We will notify waitlist members at least two weeks before launch with setup instructions. Founding members get first access.
Do you share emails or phone numbers?
No. All conversations are anonymous and in-app. If both sides want to move forward, they can choose to share details inside the thread.
What is a credit?
A credit lets you start one new conversation with a candidate. All replies in that conversation thread are free for both sides. Credits roll over for one month. We do not refund credits if a candidate does not reply.
Can I export candidate contact details?
You can export shortlists for internal review (board presentations, finance approval, etc.). Shortlists are anonymised and do not include contact information. Contact data is never exported. Bulk downloads are not available.
How does the founding deposit work?
After joining the waitlist, you must pay a one-time deposit to secure founding member pricing. At launch, we deduct your deposit from your first year total and adjust your monthly payments accordingly. Deposits are non-refundable but fully credited toward your annual cost.
Can multiple people at my club use the account?
Yes. One user seat is included. Add extra seats for £49 per month per seat. Each user has a separate login and permissions.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel any time. Access ends at the end of your billing period. Founding prices remain locked if you keep an active subscription. If you cancel and rejoin later, you will pay current public pricing.
How much do I save vs traditional recruiters?
Traditional recruiters charge 20-30% of first year salary per hire. For a £30k role, that's £6,000 to £9,000. For 3 hires annually, you'd pay £18,000 to £27,000. Our Access plan costs £2,388/year (save £15,600+). Pro plan costs £3,300/year (save £14,700+). The more you hire, the more you save.
