We are seeking a dedicated Range Assistant to join our team at the Wythall site. As a Range Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our range facility. This position requires flexibility as you will be expected to work weekends, early mornings, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain an adequate supply of balls in the machine for uninterrupted practice sessions.
Ensure range mats are turned weekly, and range tees are available on all range mats.
Keep the driving range free of litter and regularly collect empty baskets from bays.
Square tables and chairs on the driving range for customer convenience.
Log and maintain machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Assist in unplugging range balls during winter months and manually collect range balls using push collectors when necessary.
Operate machinery to collect and wash range balls efficiently.
Utilize mowers and hand tools for cutting and maintaining the grassed short game area.
Engage in general landscaping work to enhance the overall appearance of the facility.

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
Ability to work in all weather conditions, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
Previous experience in a similar role or willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
