Shifts: Weekend AM/PM shifts on a rota basis, plus flexibility to cover weekday shifts when required.

Key Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day running of golf operations, including reception, green fees, and ancillary sales.
Maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere for all golfers.
Provide exceptional customer service, handling enquiries efficiently.
Work closely with the Golf Operations Manager, reception team, golf coaches, and marshals.
Be proactive across the clubhouse to ensure smooth operations and memorable experiences.
Assist with loyalty card check-ins, renewals, and general enquiries.
Help promote the benefits of the centre and support customer growth.

Previous front-of-house or golfing environment experience (essential).
