This role owns the marketing calendar—defining what goes to market and when—and ensures consistent messaging and alignment across all channels. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy, the Associate Manager partners across our three strategic pillars—Product, Brand, and Retail—to bring campaigns to life. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience, thrives in a collaborative environment, and brings strong organizational and communication skills to keep marketing priorities on track.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage campaigns – timing, priority messaging, and key moments throughout the year (e.g. Father’s Day, holiday, promotions, loyalty pushes). Develop clear and actionable campaign briefs that translate strategy into execution across channels.
- Serve as a connector across Marketing teams—CRM, Paid & Organic Media, E-commerce, Marketing Strategy, and Creative—to ensure initiatives are integrated and seamless.
- Support Marketing Strategy with vendor campaigns, product launches, gift card marketing, loyalty programs, brand sponsorship activations, and more.
- Partner with store-facing teams (Field Marketing, Operations, Visual Merchandising, etc.) to bring national and local programs to life, setting them up for success with priorities, messaging hierarchy, etc.
- Collaborate with Creative Planning & Operations to ensure assets are delivered on time, in full, and on brand.
- Track campaign performance and share insights to refine future planning.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

- Skilled at writing clear, actionable marketing briefs and aligning cross-functional partners to priorities.
- Comfortable with campaign reporting and using insights to refine future plans.
- Passion and experience in sports, golf, or retail. All three a bonus!
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
