Position Overview
As Chef Tournant, you will oversee daily culinary
operations in the kitchens of one of Cabot Cape Breton’s four outlets, ensuring
the highest level of quality and consistency is presented to our guests on a
daily basis. You will ensure our team of new and experienced culinary
professionals receive support and guidance to perform at their best, and
develop new skills while providing an elevated dining experience, influenced by
our beautiful property and stunning location on Cape Breton Island. Working
closely with our Executive Sous Chef and Director of Culinary you will bring
Cabot’s Culinary vision to life for our guests on a daily basis, enhancing a
world-class golf experience with a one-of-a-kind culinary experience.

Preferred qualifications and
skills:
- 7 years experience in a culinary leadership role.
- Degree or diploma in the culinary field or equivalent industry
experience

criminal background check as a condition of employment and an additional
criminal background check every two years.
