This job is responsible for promoting Callaway Golf and our products to LPGA Tour players. The Incumbent is also responsible for club fitting, equipment support, and player performance analytics.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for all Callaway assigned product promotion and communication on the LPGA Tour.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to LPGA professionals on club specifications, features and benefits and assist with club fitting.
- Place orders for customized golf equipment for LPGA professionals, ensure timely delivery of equipment and follow up with players on a regular basis to determine satisfaction with said equipment.
- Study player performance statistics on weekly basis and make data driven decisions when it comes to product fittings and equipment changes.
- Manage weekly softgoods (headwear, gloves, balls) distribution to players.
- Develop strong relationships with professionals, caddies, instructors, agents, media, and Tour officials.
- Engage with and support players on the Epson Tour and LET (2nd Tier Tours) as assigned by management.
- Plan and execute new product introductions as assigned by management.
- Learn and implement specific product fitting techniques and styles for maximum effectiveness and fitting excellence. Work closely with Callaway R&D to learn all product specifications and customization aspects. Provide detailed regular feedback with data to support future product designs.
- Forecast product usage, manage inventories, and order demo stock products on a weekly basis.
- Maintain thorough records of all assigned product activities and orders with players.
- Intimately knowledgeable about the competitor landscape and activity on the LPGA Tour and 2nd Tier Tours.
- Identify upcoming recruiting opportunities with players for future consideration.
- Solve problems and issues that arise in the field.
- Work on specific assignments as determined by Pro Tour management.

- Ability to use Microsoft Office.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum seven years of experience in the golf industry.
- Expert golf club fitting skills.
- Essential club-building experience preferred.
- Competitive playing background preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT (if applicable)
- Regularly required to travel (domestic and some international)
- Regularly required to lift heavy loads (up to seventy pounds)
- Regularly required to spend ample time on feet.
- Regularly required to work with tools.
- Regularly required to work outside in the elements.
- Regularly required to work in a trailer where access is by stairway only.
- Regularly required to work on uneven terrain outside on and around golf courses.
- Frequently required to work more than 8 hours a day.
