Job Summary:
Our Caddie has a strong passion for excellence and delivers exceptional service to members and guests. They are responsible for quickly cleaning, organizing, and delivering golf clubs in a safe and speedy manner.
Day-to-Day:
- Create custom member and guest experiences by delivering exceptional hospitality.
- Comply with all safety and health department procedures and all state and federal liquor laws. Maintain Company Safety and Sanitation Standards.
- Support Golf Pro when needed.
Experience Required
- One-year related experience.
- Knowledge of all golf equipment.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management, organization, and follow-through.
- Strong Interaction skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, including up and down stairs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
