Golf VX is a leader in golf technology, expanding into entertainment and hospitality with our flagship indoor golf simulator venue. As a Golf Operations Captain, you’ll play a key role in leading shifts, inspiring your team, and creating an unforgettable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead shifts with energy, motivating the team to deliver outstanding guest service.
- Oversee both FOH and BOH operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Greet guests, assist in bays, and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Manage inventory, track stock, and support events.
- Train, coach, and support team members to foster a positive, team-first culture.
- Handle cash/credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Uphold cleanliness, food safety, and operational excellence.
- Assist GM in driving sales, coordinating events, and elevating guest experiences.
- Support opening/closing duties, restocking, and maintaining readiness.
- Enforce alcohol service laws and guest safety policies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience preferred.
- Must be 21+ (able to serve alcohol per state law).
- Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to thrive under pressure.
- Experience with inventory, cash handling, and food safety.
- Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays required).
- Commitment to exceptional guest service and teamwork.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet for full shifts.

Schedule
- 8-hour shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
