GOLF HALE ATTENDANT

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Golf Hale Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Golf Hale Attendant’s have the opportunity to shape our guest’s experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Provide our guests with exceptional customer service, while creating an atmosphere of authentic Hawaiian hospitality and Aloha.
Present a professional image and character in appearance, words, and actions.
Create and build positive relationships with our guests, homeowners, co-workers, and venders.
Opening/ Closing duties, locking/ unlocking F&B experience, putting out comfort station, setting up seating area, un-covering/ turning on TVs and Sonos music to daily programing, completing daily reports and paperwork.
Hosting Guests of the Hale, providing tours and explaining programs
Taking Reservations, face to face, via email/phone, and working with concierge to create optimal guest experience/ itineraries.
Set up/Reset Lesson Bays for Pros, restocking range balls in bays, ensure equipment is working properly.
Set up and assist guest with use of Top Golf Swing Suite, reset after use
Explain F&B Experience to guests, offer water/soft drinks/ snacks to those using the facility, restocking all F&B, keeping back stock organized and inventory check to report to F&B manager for reorder.
Basic housekeeping, wiping down counters/tables, vacuuming, keeping bays neat.
Knowledge of retail items, restocking retail, keeping back stock neat & organized.
Take In Room Dining orders.

WHAT TO BRING

Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
Ability to accurately read and work with a variety of computer systems.
A sincere willingness to perpetuate the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai philosophy of Aloha and Ho’okipa to promote a warm and friendly atmosphere among staff, peers, guests and residents.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Capability of multi-tasking and functioning well under pressure.
Able to set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
Possess a high work ethic and sense of integrity.
Works with a sense of responsibility and purpose for the roles filled within our team.
