GREENSKEEPER 1

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Greenskeeper 1 who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Greenskeepers have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Perform safe, proficient operation and cleaning of all equipment associated with golf course maintenance.
Maintain bunker shaping and presentation consistent with exceptional standards.
Work in cooperation and ensure the safety of the rest of the team.
Apply fertilizers and pesticides in a safe manner to protect the ‘aina.
Sod turf, plant / trim ornamentals using appropriate tools.
Perform all Greenskeeper II tasks, miscellaneous duties, drainage projects, renaturalization of lava and other golf course related job assignments.
Maintain a safe and clean work and storage area.

WHAT TO BRING

Must have a valid driver's license.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Required to obtain a Drivers Abstract when working in roles which may require driving a vehicle
Ability to operate all equipment safely and according to manufacturer’s specifications.
Ability to lead, train and aid in the development of Greenskeeper II’s
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
Weekend & holiday availability required
