This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of our golf and hospitality operations. You’ll lead from the front, inspiring the Food & Beverage team, delivering high service standards, and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead, motivate, and develop the Food & Beverage team, ensuring high standards of service and team performance.
- Support the Site Manager in delivering business plans and achieving revenue and cost efficiency targets.
- Oversee daily operations, including cash handling, stock management, and financial reporting.
- Recruit, train, and schedule staff effectively, balancing service quality with budgetary control.
- Deliver excellent hospitality across all areas – from casual dining to events and conferences.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and food hygiene regulations.
- Introduce new ideas and initiatives to enhance the customer experience and drive revenue growth.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven leadership experience in food & beverage or hospitality management.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets, margins, and stock.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- A hands-on approach to operations and team management.
- Solid understanding of food hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations.
- Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- A Personal Licence is highly desirable.
