Position Overview
As Groups Coordinator, you share a passion for service excellence and infuse enthusiasm into everything you do. You will be the primary point of contact for large groups. From initial inquiries to formalizing bookings for golf, dining and rooms, to assisting whit orchestrating and expediting the check-in/check-out process, and assuring that our guests needs are met and their expectations exceeded through the delivery of a unique, world-class luxury experience.

Preferred qualifications and skills:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Guest Services
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel/Hospitality Management or related discipline an asset
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, and innovative leader who thrives under pressure
- Skilled in service recovery, consistent guest follow up and follow through
- Proven time management skills with a strength for multitasking
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal oriented
- Highest level of attention to detail as it relates to daily tasks
- A thorough understanding of the structure of the tourism and travel industry
- Knowledge of Cabot / Inverness / Cape Breton an asset
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office

- Based on the nature of our business and the service we provide to our guests, to work with us, you must consent to a criminal background check as a condition of employment and an additional criminal background check every two years.
