We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Billing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing billing processes, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, and supporting our supply chain operations. This position requires a strong understanding of supply chain management, demand planning, and logistics to effectively analyze billing data and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.
What You Will Do:
- Order management and communication with Operations, Sales, Client Success
- Communication with customers on orders and payment status
- Processing orders and ensuring proper billing (domestic and International)
- Process returns requests
- AR Collections Support
- Cross Coordination with Ops and Sales on Order Processing
- Supporting other finance team members with system reconciliations and reporting
- Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement with team and entire organization
- Support documentation of standard work and enforce company’s best practices
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Do You Have:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing
- Associates degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- NetSuite Experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Detail Oriented and organized
- Ability to work Independently
