PING, Inc., maker of PING golf equipment, is seeking a Corporate Regulatory Compliance Manager to manage compliance programs, policies, reporting, and practices. Ensure that all activities follow regulatory requirements related to the governance of the organization as well as any industry-specific or location-specific laws. Oversee internal controls and auditing systems that monitor and report on regulated activities and processes. Implement risk-based compliance testing of existing procedures and controls to identify, detect, and correct noncompliance. Evaluate and implement changes to compliance processes due to new or amended regulations. This position requires the candidate to reside in the Phoenix Metro Area, relocation assistance will be provided.

YOU WILL:
- Oversee responsible sourcing programs through updates of program documentation, reviewing supplier on-boarding information, self-assessments, audits, monitoring status of audit improvements, and tracking performance.
- Lead Restricted Substance program, reviewing protocols, developing test plans, scheduling testing, analyzing and communicating results, monitoring corrective actions and trends, and minimizing risk areas.
- Support implementation and execution of compliance policies, programs, reporting, and practices.
- Manage data collection, calculation, and reporting for GHG emissions, extended producer responsibility regulations (EPR), and other reporting expectations.
- Submit high quality communication and deliverables (reports, projects, etc.) in a timely manner and communicate complex, technical topics to non-technical audiences.
- Track and report KPIs to benchmark and measure compliance performance; recommend new KPIs where relevant and appropriate.
- Develop regulatory compliance policies, processes, manuals, and guidelines and provide training as needed.
- Work with PING Asia EHS team and other PING entities to support continued integration of programs into the global platform.
- Monitor relevant legislation, legal requirements, and industry best practices and proactively recommend ways to improve and build upon existing programs.
- Participate in industry led committees, working groups, workshops, webinars, etc.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional business units at all levels of the organization.
- Participate in audits of suppliers and vendors as needed.
- Travel both domestic and international as required.
YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree from a properly accredited college or university with a focus in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Regulatory Compliance, or Product Safety, plus 5 years’ directly related experience; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, interpersonal and team skills with the ability to gain consensus.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Detail oriented with strong organization, data analysis, time and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints.
- Computer literate and able to learn new software applications; proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, TEAMS, Word, OneNote, PowerPoint, etc.) and SharePoint.
- Must be self-starting, resourceful, and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal guidance. Must perform day-to-day activities with minimum mistakes.
- Auditing experience (ISO 14001, SA 8000) is a plus.
