PING, Inc., maker of PING golf equipment, is seeking a Staff Cost Accounting Analyst that will perform various operations- and cost-accounting duties with minimum supervision, on a timely and accurate basis, as directed by Accounting Management in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and tax laws and regulations. This position plays a key role in collaborating with members of supply chain and production departments for all accounting-related issues. This position requires the candidate to reside in the Phoenix Metro Area, relocation assistance will be provided.

YOU WILL:
- Prepare and review various monthly journal entries related to operations (e.g. cost of sales, absorption, inventory valuation).
- Perform various financial statement analyses related to operating results, comparison to budget and inventory valuation. Analyze monthly results for manufacturing and for product margins.
- Plan and/or assist in periodic physical inventories, cycle-count audits, other manufacturing cost related tasks, and the preparation of the quarterly physical inventory compilation.
- Support the preparation and analysis of the annual budget and monthly management reporting for all production and warehousing departments.
- Develop a strong understanding of Infor M3 inventory and production modules and related reporting tools.
- Assist in other Accounting Department responsibilities and willingly handle overflow and/or reassigned tasks in order to ensure the continuity of quality service from Accounting.
YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a properly accredited college or university; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and team skills with the proven ability to build consensus.
- Strong organization, time management and recordkeeping skills.
- High level of computer literacy of Microsoft Office: Outlook, TEAMS, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Manufacturing or public accounting background.
