JOB TITLE: Golf Concierge Agent
RESPONSIBLE TO: Golf Sales Executive
SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The promotion and sale of Golf and Resort facilities.
Managing Resort guest golf requests and responding in a timely and professional manner.
Providing Resort guests with expert knowledge on other local golf courses and additional non-golf experiences.
Assisting Resort guests with travel arrangements including flights, accommodation and transportation.
Booking and administration of Resort golf package experiences and associated logistics.
To ensure the highest standards of guest care and customer satisfaction are maintained at all times.
QUALITY STANDARDS
- To carry out all tasks in accordance with Resort policies and procedures.
- Manage existing bookings, including processing any amendments.
- To have a comprehensive knowledge and actively promote all Resort facilities to maximize all available sales opportunities.
- Ensuring Resort golf concierge services are visible and available throughout the resort.
- To ensure that all aspects of data protection and payment security are always followed in accordance with resort policy.
- To co-ordinate with the Golf Director and Golf Sales Executive on rates offered.
- To ensure the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness of the golf reservations office is maintained at all times.
COMMUNICATION
- Regularly communicating with other resort departments in advance of guest arrival and throughout their say to ensure resort guests needs and requirements are adequately prepared for.
- Meet, greet and engage with resort golf guests throughout their stay.
- Sharing guest feedback regularly with other resort departments.
- Investigating and responding to any resort guest complaints quickly and efficiently and sharing information with the relevant department heads.
- Maintaining regular communication with resort guests before, during and after their stay.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a strong attention to detail.
HEALTH & SAFETY
- To have full knowledge of and be able to act upon the resort Fire and Health and Safety Procedures.
- To complete all duties and tasks with due care for the health and safety of yourself and other employees and guests.
- To ensure the highest standards of personal presentation, whilst wearing the company supplied uniform, in accordance with Department Standards Manual.
- To report and where necessary, act on incidents, accidents and fire loss or damage
OCCASIONAL DUTIES
To carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by a member of the management team.
Attend meetings.
Attend Hotel Training.
