M Recruitment is searching for a Food & Beverage Manager for a prestigious Golf Club in North County Dublin to oversee all F&B operations.
The successful candidate will ensure the highest standards of service, food quality, and member satisfaction across our clubhouse restaurant and bar.
The Role:
As Food and Beverage Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of our F&B outlets and events. You will work closely with the kitchen and club's management teams to deliver exceptional experiences and service while maintaining profitability and operational efficiency.
Duties include:
- Lead the daily operations of all F&B operations including clubhouse restaurant, bar, and event catering.
- Ensure excellence in service standards, presentation, member and guest experiences.
- Managing member and guest feedback to continuously improve service.
- Managing, recruitment, training, and motivation of the F&B team.
- Overseeing service delivery during busy golf events, functions, and regular dining.
- Implement and manage systems for cost control, stock management, and supplier liaison.
- Working closely with the General Manager.
- Working creatively with the Head Chef on seasonal menus and beverage offerings.
- Ensuring the highest standards of compliance with Health and Safety, as well as food safety and hygiene (HCAAP).

- Proven F&B management experience in a golf club, hotel, or fine dining setting.
- Flexible, hands-on approach, with a focus on member satisfaction
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Commitment to delivering a premium service experience.
- Financial awareness and experience of managing costs and budgets.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Irish food and alcohol regulations.
- Flexibility to work daytime, weekends, evenings, and during club events.
- Ability to lead from the front, be highly visible and accommodating to members and guests.
Salary
€46k Commensurate with a candidate’s experience
Bonus 10% based on KPI's
Phone allowance of €30 per month
