The Golf Shop Attendant will offer friendly and expedient service to the property’s Members and assume the role of assisting the merchandise managers needs and other daily golf operations.
Qualifications, Experience and Skill Requirements:
-Must have a friendly and positive personality
-Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Must have basic computer skills
-Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic
Position Responsibilities:
-Process customer reservations for members of the golf course
-Provide customer service to arriving guests to help expedite check-in process
-Use point of sale system to process merchandise purchases
-Assist in packing and unpacking inventory and golf operations supplies
-Assist in tagging, organizing, arranging and displaying golf shop inventory as necessary and directed
-Placing special orders for members upon request
-Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor or golf shop manager
