Organisation Background
DotGolf is an international golf technology company that provides software, systems, and solutions for golfers, golf clubs, and golf organisations. We exist to create golf technology solutions to grow the game and currently serve a range of national golfing associations, over 5,000 golf clubs, and over 2 million golfers. DotGolf has lofty future ambitions that are focused on strengthening our current customer base, growing new customers in new markets as we innovate with new products and services.
Purpose of Position
The core purpose of this role is to provide leadership to DotGolf’s operations in the GB&I territory. With a primary focus on serving our current customers in Ireland, Wales, Scotland and England, this role will balance providing outstanding customer management together driving with business development and expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and guidance for DotGolf in the Great Britian and Ireland markets.
• Lead the customer relationships with Golf Ireland, Wales Golf, Scottish Golf, and England Golf ensuring enhanced levels of customer satisfaction.
• Actively manage the future development roadmap for customers including the management and oversight of new projects.
• Ensure outstanding communication between DotGolf and GB&I customers plus facilitate positive connection and collaboration between the clients themselves on technology matters.
• In tandem with deeply understanding current customer needs and future requirements, seek out market insights and trends to inform the future development of DotGolf products and services.
• Lead the introduction of the DotGolf club management software to the GB&I markets.
• Prioritise the development of the DotGolf business in the GB&I territory based on customer needs, organisation goals, and market opportunities.

• Project management: skills and experience to lead and manage client projects including the engagement of multiple stakeholders both internal and external. Ability to navigate project both project planning and delivery ensuring outstanding communication throughout.
• Business Development: ability to lead an all-encompassing approach to business development that delivers desired outcomes in a manner that enhances customer satisfaction and business goals.
• Product Knowledge: a thirst to learn and hold expertise on all aspects of the DotGolf product suite and the World Handicap System including technical, software, and operational knowledge. The ability to be able to translate customer requests and requirements to internal teams and provide accurate product guidance to clients.
• Reporting and Analysis: ability to develop key measures of performance and communicate these clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Resilience: experienced in navigating challenging situations and conversations with professionalism and empathy.
• Culture: ability to add value to a positive team environment across the business.
