Position Summary
The Manager of Enterprise Enablement serves as a strategic leader within the Business Technology organization, overseeing a team responsible for aligning technology initiatives with business objectives across the enterprise. This leadership role acts as the primary liaison between Business Technology and various business units, ensuring that the organization’s technology vision is clearly communicated and effectively leveraged.
The Manager of Enterprise Enablement will lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Enablement professionals, guiding them in facilitating collaboration with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement. This role plays a critical part in supporting the evaluation and scoping of new technology initiatives, ensuring business needs are translated effectively into actionable requirements for technical teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Business Enablement team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional development to ensure individual and team success.
Mentor and grow a team of Business Enablement Managers, encouraging a culture of customer focus, innovation, collaboration and excellence.
Define and execute product strategies that align with the company’s strategic goals and mission.
Leading the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative technology products.
Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on strategies and priorities leading to product execution.
Drive empowered product teams from ideation to launch ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products that meet business needs.
Working closely with technical teams to ensure products are built to specifications and launched on time.
Monitor key performance metrics and leverage data-driven insights to iterate on product features, improving the user experience and delivering business value.
Advocate for the voice of the customer, championing their needs and ensuring user-centric design principles are embedded throughout the product lifecycle.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Extensive experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, and user research teams.
Proven track record of success leading a Product Management function and moving consumer software products from concept to launch.
Leader who embraces change and can effectively lead others through it.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to present ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly language.
Highly self-motivated and directed.
Strong understanding of product operating model, UX design, user flow and wireframes.
Passion for technology and innovation with a focus on improving user experiences.
Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality consumer experiences.
University degree in the field of computer science or similar and/or 10 years’ equivalent work experience.
