True Spec Golf is seeking a Golf Club Technician to join our Headquarters team in Scottsdale, Arizona. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, motivated, mechanically inclined, and passionate about golf. In this role, you will handle the final stages of golf club assembly and perform quality assurance to ensure every club meets True Spec’s elite performance standards. This is a full-time position with benefits, offering $18–$19 per hour plus the opportunity to earn commission based on productivity.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Verify that all components are present, accurate, and match build specifications
- Bend golf clubs to exact loft and lie requirements
- Install grips, stickers, and other finishing elements correctly
- Communicate any unmet specifications or discrepancies to the club builder
- Inspect each club for blemishes or defects
- Perform final checks to confirm all target specs are met (loft, lie, grip, etc.)
- Maintain detailed build documentation for future reference
- Support general build shop operations as needed
- Assist with packing and shipping duties
Qualifications:
- Previous golf club repair experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Understanding of golf club specifications (loft, lie, grip size/orientation, etc.)
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours), squat, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
