The Role:
The European Tour Group is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Partnership Sales Planning Executive to join our team. This role sits at the heart of our commercial operations, working across the iconic Ryder Cup and DP World Tour to craft compelling, insight-driven sales materials that inspire prospective partners and bring our story to life.
As a key player at the intersection of sales, marketing, and creative, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, brand-aligned presentations and collateral that showcase the unique value of partnering with the European Tour Group. Your work will shape the first impression we make in sponsorship discussions, ensuring every pitch is consistent, impactful, and strategically tailored to the needs of potential partners.
You will lead the development of visually engaging and strategically relevant sales decks for first meetings, supported by a modular content library that can be quickly adapted for different industries and objectives. From creating case studies that highlight successful partnerships to designing outreach materials for prospecting campaigns, your creativity and precision will help us tell our story in a way that resonates.
Beyond content creation, you will champion process excellence, maintaining version control, ensuring accuracy, and embedding the latest messaging, data, and creative direction into every piece of material. You will manage workflows, feedback loops, and updates to core slides, driving efficiency and consistency across the team.
Collaboration is central to this role. You will work closely with sales colleagues to understand prospect needs, liaise with insights teams to incorporate data and market context, and partner with marketing and design to ensure every narrative is compelling and on-brand. Your ability to interpret strategic direction and translate it into persuasive visual storytelling will be critical to success.
What you will bring:
We are looking for someone with proven experience in producing sales presentations or marketing materials within a fast-paced commercial environment, ideally in sports, sponsorship, media, or agency settings. Strong PowerPoint skills, an eye for design, and exceptional attention to detail are essential. You should be highly organised, comfortable managing multiple projects, and adept at working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with data visualisation and an understanding of how commercial partnerships are structured will set you apart.
