The Quinta do Lago Group is looking for a dynamic and dedicated 1st Class Bartender (M/F) to join our team at Bovino Restaurant.
- Proven previous experience in the role;
- Solid knowledge of mixology and bar techniques;
- Strong communication skills and team spirit;
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and customer-oriented mindset;
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to dynamic environments;
- Fluency in both English and Portuguese (preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity;
- Ensure the quality and presentation of drinks according to company standards;
- Provide personalized and welcoming service to guests;
- Manage bar stock and assist with product replenishment;
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace;
- Collaborate with the team in creating new drinks and menu suggestions;
- Comply with hygiene and food safety regulations
