The Senior Manager, HR Operations ensures the success of HR initiatives, projects, company-wide events, and company-wide travel (inclusive of Tournament travel). Through collaboration with various HR and cross-functional partners, this individual leads and supports projects and events from initiation to completion by creating solutions, facilitating decisions, driving accountability, and measuring success.
This position is a full-time, on-site role in Augusta, GA.
Essential Functions of the Job
- Partners with HR leadership to support the entire project management cycle of multiple initiatives simultaneously, as well as lead certain projects independently.
- Acts as a thought partner alongside HR centers of excellence and other stakeholders across the organization to provide recommendations, identify risks and dependencies, offer solutions, and drive strategy.
- Owns project management of HR projects and assigned special projects, improving, streamlining, and standardizing to meet business needs, reduce manual effort, and clarify ownership (across teams and within HR team).
- Manages company- wide employee events from concept to implementation including developing project plans, communicating timelines, and overseeing execution while holding team members accountable and ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
- Manages several projects of varying size concurrently and consults stakeholders coordinating activities across teams.
- Leadership and oversight of company-wide travel, inclusive of Club and Tournament travel.
- Identify areas for improvement and/ or efficiencies, provide recommended solutions (either technical or process driven, and implement solutions.
- Manage all Tournament related HR projects.
- Lead Tournament Improvement process for HR, by working cross-functionally within HR and other departments.
- Fosters and maintains good relationships with HR colleagues to ensure that processes are maintained and supported following project completion.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Develops direct reports on job responsibilities, behaviors, and competencies for current and future roles.
- Leads a team of two with event and travel responsibilities.
- Trains others on responsibilities and how to accomplish tasks.
- Fiscal responsibility for projects, events, and travel budgets.
- Ensures effective running of processes, programs, and projects.

Relative Experience/Education:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
- 5+ years of experience in an applicable role is preferred; Project management role highly preferred.
Required License(s):
- Possess a valid driver’s license and/or successfully completes the Club’s internal motor vehicle training program
Projected Work Schedule:
Normal work hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
