PING, Inc., maker of PING golf equipment, is seeking a Senior EDI Specialist will lead and support our Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) operations. This role will focus on integrating and managing trading partner relationships through SPS Commerce, while ensuring seamless data flow into our Infor M3 ERP system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new trading partners, troubleshooting EDI issues, and driving continuous improvement across our digital platforms. Individual will collaborate with our trading partners, Sales Administration team and Customer Service team as they lead the effort of communicating/exchanging data electronically. This position requires the candidate to reside in the Phoenix Metro Area, relocation assistance will be provided.

YOU WILL:
- Manage integrations with PING’s ERP and EDI system to ensure uninterrupted flow of EDI documents with our trading partners.
- Own and manage the full lifecycle of EDI transactions including configuration, mapping and validation.
- Maintain a comprehensive catalog of EDI documents (PO’s, ASN’s invoices) and partner-specific mapping.
- Mentor a small team ensuring efficient execution of trading partner onboardings and current trading partner documents with a focus on quality and results.
- Lead the integration between PING’s Value-Added Network (SPS commerce) and EDI integrations with PING’s ERP (Infor M3), ensuring accurate and timely data exchange.
- Manage new EDI trading partners’ onboardings with PING’s ERP and EDI system. Including setup, testing, go-live support, partner connectively and compliance.
- Serve as the escalation point for EDI-related issues across departments.
- Provide after-hours support as needed to resolve urgent EDI failures and ensure business continuity.
- Create BI dashboards and reports integrating data from various sources to provide real time insights into performance, trends, and risks.
- Stay current on technology affecting company systems.
YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field from a properly accredited university or college, plus a minimum of 4 years’ prior experience in EDI management, preferably with SPS commerce and M3 ERP.
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and team skills.
- Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organization, time management and recordkeeping skills.
- Proven ability to establish productive relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT) and document flows.
- Experience with ERP integrations, especially Infor M3 dispatch and document output management.
- Experience with system integrations, SQL, database management and data integration tools helpful.
- Proficient knowledge of Azure services and technologies.
- Working knowledge of Jira or experience working with service management tools.
- Experience in programming languages. (CSS, HTML, C#, .NET or Java Development)
- Advanced level of computer literacy of Microsoft Office (Outlook, TEAMS, Excel, Word), and working knowledge of SharePoint, MS PowerApps and other utilities.
