JOB TITLE: DIRECTOR OF GOLF

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Golf to oversee the daily operations and management of our Golf Club, featuring an 18-hole championship course and a 9-hole Golf Academy. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep passion for delivering an outstanding golf experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct the overall operation of the golf club, ensuring efficient management and high service standards.
- Supervise and support all golf operations personnel, including staff in the pro shop, driving range, and on-course operations.
- Administer and enforce club policies, procedures, and golf course rules and regulations.
- Develop and manage operational budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocation.
- Recruit, train, evaluate, and manage staff performance within the golf operations department.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the golfing experience and operational efficiency.
- Liaise with Tour Operators and Golf Federations in booking overseas trips and winter training camps.
- Oversee and assist with all members, open and international events hosted by the club.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in golf operations management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of golf course operations, customer service, and staff supervision.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- PGA qualification or equivalent golf management background is an advantage.
