GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
The Content Specialist is responsible for developing and facilitating content that supports Club Car’s Consumer Marketing efforts to enhance awareness, drive engagement, and foster loyalty. This role requires a deep understanding of the Club Car brand, consumer profiles and behaviors, and the competitive landscape to reinforce the image for both our brand and our product lines. The person will work closely with cross-functional teams to craft cohesive messaging that achieves both marketing and sales business objectives. Our ideal candidate is a creative and strategic marketer, who is extremely organized yet flexible enough to adapt to the dynamic landscape.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
- Support executions of annual and monthly marketing content calendars, ensuring alignment with notable events, promotions, partnerships, social and paid media, trade shows, product launches and Consumer dealer channel needs
- Coordinate and execute the process needs for material development, from content capture via photo/video shoots, assisting in editing, and uploading finished deliverables
- Provide post copy, imagery, video, creative recommendations and content ideas for Club Car managed social media accounts
- Ideate, craft, facilitate and monitor Club Car’s social media accounts inclusive of Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn, extending key learnings and insights for dealer social media efforts
- Support team efforts to ensure all marketing deliverables and content portals are accurate and adhere to both brand and product guidelines (e.g. D.A.M., StorySlab, Elanders, ImageCube)
- Ensure all marketing activities, platforms and touchpoints are aligned with the brand’s identity, values, and guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related fields
Experience:
- At least 2+ years experience representing a brand in marketing, social media and/or content development
- Attention to detail with a high standard of accuracy
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced landscape
- Ability to think creatively and work cross-functionally within the job scope
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
- Can accommodate working as part of a global team
