We are looking for a highly motivated Director of Golf, Leisure and Spa to lead and oversee all areas of our Golf Club, Leisure Club, including daily operations, membership services, course and facility management, treatments and special events. The Director of Golf, Leisure and Spa will be responsible for delivering an exceptional member and guest experience, building rapport and long-term relationships with members and guests, driving revenue growth, managing budgets, and leading a professional team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the golf club, including course, clubhouse, pro shop, and food & beverage.
- Lead, train, and manage staff to ensure exceptional service.
- Develop and manage budgets, financial goals, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Drive membership growth, retention, and engagement.
- Coordinate with the course manager to maintain high-quality playing conditions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and service standards.
- Plan and execute club events, tournaments, and promotions.
- To be the responsible person for ensuring that facilities and services meet health and safety standards set out in the Clubs Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Cashing-up and keeping stock records;
About You
- 3+ years of experience in golf club or hospitality management.
- Proven track record of success in a leadership role within a luxury Club & Spa environment.
- You will have a strong background and outstanding knowledge of the Leisure industry
- You will be a forward thinking and motivating leader
- Excellent engaging communicator
- Passionate about people, with the ability to mentor, motivate, coach and develop team members to achieve their potential.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, financial performance, and operations.
