Position Summary: Have jurisdiction over all Paid, Earned, Shared and Owned media plans, including strategy, objectives, budgets and tactics.
Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement annual brand communication marketing activation and manage budget.
- Lead optimized PESO plans for each campaign/initiative for all categories including goal, strategy, budget and tactics.
- Develop annual brand communication campaign plans to reach target consumers effectively/ efficiently by developing comprehensive 360-degree local connections plan including ATL and BTL activations.
- Establish brand creatives and strong activation of media plan, ensuring activation relevance to brand strategy and identity.
- Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.
- Develop engaging and compelling local contents for integrated marketing communication and brand audience development.
- Lead celebrity and influencer strategy, proactively managing and building relationships and activities that will enhance visibility and relevance for brand.
- Proactively monitor social media channels to identify and respond to tour-related news and local issues, ensuring timely engagement with consumers and enhancing brand presence.
- Localize and translate global social media content to align with local market preferences, while planning and managing a monthly content calendar that integrates region-specific content and campaigns.
- Maintain a keen understanding of media landscape and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Proven working experience in media planning/buying and media optimization
- Ability of designing and executing successful media mix including traditional /New media
- Strong Understanding of media landscape and tools for monitoring effectiveness/efficiency
- Experience of managing owned media, especially social media
- Exceptional writing and presentation skills
Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in brand communication/marketing
- Understanding of Korea Media Market
- Native Korean
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Experience managing various media required
- Experience in content creation and knowledge of golf is a plus
Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
- Normal office conditions with extensive computer
- Ability to work extended hours as necessary
- Able to meet deadlines and work accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption
- Physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of materials
