Bettinardi Golf is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Domestic Accounts Coordinator to support our domestic sales operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for coordinating domestic wholesale order fulfillment, shipping logistics, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and fulfill orders for major retail partners, ensuring compliance with their specific shipping requirements.
- Provide customer support by confirming account details, resolving inquiries, and offering product and service information.
- Ensure all documentation and processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the domestic sales team on events, promotions, and special account requests.
- Coordinate logistics for domestic shipments, including processing customer and production orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Monitor and report on order fulfillment performance.
- Prepare and ship orders in accordance with established invoicing, labeling, and shipping guidelines.
- Review daily pick lists with Operations Managers to determine on-time delivery status.
- Manage order oversight for custom metal goods, leather products, and accessories.
- Perform accurate data entry, manage order processing, and coordinate shipment tracking with internal teams and external partners.
- Communicate updates, issues, and changes to management in a timely manner.
- Provide cross-functional support as needed across departments.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Customer service experience preferred
- Familiarity with shipping logistics and EDI order processing a plus
- Familiarity with Fishbowl and QuickBooks software a plus
Pay Range: $53,000 - $65,000 annually
