Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the efficient running of the front office activities ensuring highest standard of customer service
- Assisting in training and development of existing and new members of the team
- Assisting in training of SOP's and Standards.
- Ensuring arrival & departure procedures are followed to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Upselling rooms and cross selling throughout departments
- Attend meetings such as Daily Briefings
- Overseeing the allocation of rooms and liaising with Accommodation department to ensure timely availability.
About The Role
Requirements
Previous experience as Reception Manager or Assistant Reception Manager is essential
- Working knowledge of Front Office Systems - Hotsoft experience desirable.
- Passionate about hospitality and providing excellent service
- Be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of service.
- Must be a team player with the ability to multi-task.
- Must be standards driven and detail orientated, with the desire to progress within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent written and spoken levels of English.
