Join Our Team as a Reverse Logistics Coordinator!

We're looking for a Reverse Logistics Coordinator to take charge of our return processes, manage product flow, and ensure nothing goes to waste. In this role, you’ll play a key part in optimizing our supply chain by handling returns, refurbishments, and product disposition — all while keeping costs low and customer satisfaction high. Requirements
What You Will Do:
- Evaluate returned products to determine if they are eligible for resale, repair, refurbishment, or recycling.
- Oversee the end-to-end returns process, including coordinating with customer service to issue refunds, replacements, or credits.
- Identify opportunities to improve return workflows, reduce turnaround time, lower costs, and decrease environmental impact.
- Work closely with warehouse staff, quality assurance, inventory control, and customer service teams to ensure seamless return operations.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as return rates, processing time, product recovery rates, and cost savings.
- Follow internal policies and external regulations related to returned merchandise, including disposal and recycling standards.
- Accurately log returned items, reasons for return, actions taken, and final disposition to support inventory accuracy and audit readiness.
- Travel may be required.
Do You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred — or equivalent of seven (7) years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
- 2+ years of experience in reverse logistics, warehousing, inventory management, or supply chain
- Prior experience in logistics, customer service, or materials management preferred
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems required; NetSuite preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: V-lookups, Pivot Tables, Macros
- Strong organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent attention to detail: Ensure accuracy in inspecting returns and maintaining records
- Proven analytical skills: Ability to interpret data and improve reverse logistics processes
- Effective communication skills: Interact professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities: Resolve product return issues efficiently and sustainably
- Computer proficiency: Comfortable with inventory systems and business software
- Knowledge of the order life cycle within logistics and supply chain environments
- Ability to make decisions within established policies and procedures
- May require travel to different locations.
Work Environment
- This role requires the incumbent to be onsite Monday through Friday during business hours.
- Work is primarily performed in an office setting with standard working hours; however, occasional after-hours support may be required.
- This role routinely involves standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
- The position requires frequent interaction with employees across different departments, requiring strong collaboration and communication skills.
- The role may involve sitting for extended periods, working on a computer.
- Able to lift 25 lbs.
