What You Will Do:
- Support the accounting function in month end close processes
- Record and reconcile journal entries, general ledger accounts, and bank statements
- Run monthly and quarterly reports to facilitate standardized deliverables
- Support Sales Tax filings utilizing Full Swing’s tax software
- Support Financial management with ad hoc analysis
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Do You Have:
- Bachelor’s in accounting or finance or 5 Yrs of Accounting experience
- Proficiency in Excel
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Desire to work as problem solver and cross functionally
- NetSuite/SalesForce/Avalara experience is a plus
