Compensation & Perks:
- Base Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 based on experience.
- Commissions: Uncapped earning potential - (at plan = $250,000/annual).
- Bonuses: Quarterly and annual incentives for top performers.

Reports To: Regional Sales Manager

- Optimize Sales Strategy: Refine outreach, promotions, and retention tactics to maximize growth.
- Analyze & Report: Track KPIs, pipeline health, and ROI—then use data to smash even bigger goals.

- 5+ years in sales(membership, subscription, or high-ticket B2C/B2B sales preferred).
- 2+ years leading teams—with a proven track record of hitting (and crushing) targets.
