Key Responsibilities:

Drive Revenue: Exceed membership sales targets through strategic prospecting, relationship-building, and killer closing skills.
Lead the Team: Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing sales squad to dominate their quotas.
Optimize Sales Strategy: Refine outreach, promotions, and retention tactics to maximize growth.
Analyze & Report: Track KPIs, pipeline health, and ROI—then use data to smash even bigger goals.

5+ years in sales(membership, subscription, or high-ticket B2C/B2B sales preferred).
2+ years leading teams—with a proven track record of hitting (and crushing) targets.
