PING, Inc., maker of PING golf equipment, is seeking an EDI Analyst that will design, build and implement custom reporting and implementing applications using the capabilities of various platforms with a focus on building EDI integrations with our accounts. Individuals in this position will support the Sales Administration and Customer Service teams as we broaden our capabilities communicating/exchanging data with our accounts electronically. This position requires the candidate to reside in the Phoenix Metro Area, relocation assistance will be provided.

YOU WILL:
- Manage integrations with PING’s ERP and EDI system to ensure uninterrupted flow of EDI documents with our trading partners.
- Manage new EDI trading partners’ onboardings with PING’s ERP and EDI system.
- Create BI dashboards and reports integrating data from various sources to provide real time insights into performance, trends, and risks.
- Research, modify and optimize existing systems. Utilize Microsoft Power Platform and other applications to design, code, document, test, and debug applications.
- Manage multiple projects in various stages of implementation.
- Complete project tasks as assigned, ensuring conformity to established methodologies and standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems within the scope of assigned tasks.
- Meet with Sales Administration and Customer Service teams to solve problems and create new applications.
- Communicate with Product Owners regarding task completion progress and roadblocks.
- Stay current on technology affecting company systems.
- Adhere to company safety rules and procedures.
YOU HAVE:
- High School diploma, plus minimum 2 years’ college-level coursework in computer programming, plus a minimum 2 years’ prior experience working with software applications; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and team skills.
- Drive to be a self-starter who works effectively in fast environment with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to work independently with some technical guidance.
- Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Ability to follow instructions and be precise in finished work.
- Advanced level of knowledge of data analytics with a focus on Business Intelligence tools including Power Bi.
- Possess an advanced level of knowledge of Infor M3 ERP.
- Possess an advanced level of knowledge of EDI integrations with an ERP.
- Possess an advanced level of computer literacy of Microsoft Office (Outlook, TEAMS, Excel, Word), an intermediate level of proficiency of PCS and working knowledge of SharePoint, MS PowerApps and other utilities.
- Experience with system integrations, SQL, database management and data integration tools helpful.
- Proficient knowledge of Azure services and technologies.
- Working knowledge of Jira or experience working with service management tools.
- Other programming languages experience is a plus. (CSS, HTML, C#, .NET or Java Development)
