PING, Inc., maker of PING golf equipment, is seeking a Payroll Practitioner II that is responsible for the administration of all payroll functions, including payroll processing, financial audits of benefits, tax liability balancing and payment, and expense distribution. Collaborates with Management/HR on data entry and processing within the UKG system, time-clock system, account reconciliation, data entry and reporting, including vendor relationship management. This position requires the candidate to reside in the Phoenix Metro Area, relocation assistance will be provided.

YOU WILL:
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Critically review and process payroll in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist employees with direct deposit forms, tax form entry, time-clock issues, payroll questions, and payroll systems training. Responds to payroll inquiries and required adjustments.
- Produce payroll reports after each pay period close.
- Manage integrity of payroll system with changes, deletions, additions concerning time corrections or personal information.
- Manage entry and provide support for HRIS payroll platform, time-clock system, and payroll related technology.
- Collaborate with Finance and Human Resources departments on efficiencies, systems configuration, and internal processes.
- Lead efforts for payroll systems integration.
- Annual Processing of W2 and ACA Forms.
- Liaise between employees and 401(k) Plan Administrator, and functions as main point of contact for annual 401(k) audit, Plan discrimination testing and company matching contribution analysis.
- Process Payroll taxes, FSA, and 401(k) information to vendors and management.
- Manage bills for Benefits and balance accounts (ER GTL, LTD, AD&D, and Vol Life) and reconciles key general ledger accounts for same.
- Process and manage employment verifications and garnishments.
YOU HAVE:
- High School diploma or GED, plus a minimum of six years’ directly related payroll experience; and at least two years’ UKG experience (preferred); OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, recordkeeping, time management and team skills with the proven ability to build consensus.
- Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be well organized, detail oriented, proactive, process and data driven with an ability to prioritize multiple deadlines/projects.
- Possess a high level of computer literacy of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proven record of high integrity and excellent judgment. Must demonstrate trust and credibility and maintain confidentiality.
- Maintains professional customer service (both internal and external customers).
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Some accounting experience preferred.
