Are you ready to take charge and make an impact? As the Embroidery Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our production line, ensuring every stitch meets the highest standards. You'll lead and inspire a team while working closely with planning, production, and other key departments to optimize workflow, streamline order fulfillment, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise embroidery production line staff and subsequent processes.
- Ensure daily and weekly maintenance is completed and documented for all machinery within the embroidery room including multi-head embroidery machines, single head embroidery machines, heat transfer press, etc.
- Provide safety training related to needle changes, use of sharp tools, machine operation, treating injuries and reporting injuries.
- Participate in the production qualification process for new product understanding any requirements that could increase production time, require additional tools to be purchased, or lead to excessive scrap.
- Develop and maintain process documentation associated with embroidery production line activities
- Monitor daily order deliveries and work directly with the leadership team on shipping and sales related issues.
- Communicate and process coordination of deliveries and shipments to ensure order fulfillment within customer, sales, and company requirements are met.
- Develop, review, report and act on appropriate metrics associated with embroidery to drive business operations
- Collaborate with team to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
- Develop and execute plans to ensure that there is an efficient process to review and react to orders in SAP.
- Coordinate, document, and implement processes with Callaway Golf business partners as required for Special Projects, third-party processing, and new business requirements.
- Ensures the team is trained utilizing inspection plans, product specs and work instructions
- Help to define business processes related to embroidery operations.
- Provide leadership and direction to embroidery, ensuring highest accuracy of orders and efficient business operations.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
- Knowledge of embroidery business and production processes related to golf bags, golf accessories, and apparel.
- Knowledge of entire order business process flow both within SAP and general company requirements.
- In depth knowledge of all Callaway Golf product lines
- Able to effectively lead and manage direct subordinate employees.
- Skilled in managing difficult situations.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills – both verbally and written – and be able to relate to all level of employees
- Demonstrated ability to train, coach and develop staff at all levels.
- Considers and understands implications a change in policy/procedure may have in other departments or across the Company.
- Highly developed detail orientation, initiative, problem solving and relationship building qualities.
- Demonstrated ability to use MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must be self-motivated and be able to demonstrate initiative and work without supervision
- Be able to read, understand and interpret instructions, policies, procedures, program information, etc.
- Must be able to think creatively and suggest solutions to issues related to embroidery.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in Embroidery Operations or similar experience required
- Minimum 3 years of Supervisory or Management experience required
- Project Management experience preferred
- Customer Service experience / background preferred
- SAP, Business Objects experience preferred
- Golf industry experience preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (if applicable)
- Work is performed in a designated professional office workstation and environment.
- Extensive use of office equipment to include computer, calculator, copier, fax, and other business related machines and software.
- Occasionally required to lift/carry up to 25 pounds.
