What You’ll Do
As an Assistant Superintendent , you won’t be limited to just one course—you’ll gain diverse experience across all three courses while working closely with the Director of Agronomy and Superintendents . Your responsibilities will include:
- Daily course maintenance & playability enhancements.
- Team leadership – training, developing, and managing staff.
- Moisture management & turf health strategies.
- Cultural practices and pesticide/fertilizer applications.
- Project management – contributing to future capital improvements .
