Senior Embroidery Specialist

Golfballs.com is growing, and we're looking for a Senior
Embroidery Specialist to take our Apparel Decoration Department to the next
level! If you're an experienced embroidery professional with an eye for detail,
a passion for quality, and a drive to improve processes, this is the
opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do:
·Lead embroidery operations to ensure top-quality
results
· Train and
mentor team members on embroidery techniques and best practices
· Operate
and optimize single & multi-head embroidery machines
· Oversee
embroidery preparation, including cutting backing, hooping garments, and
precise logo placement
· Ensure
quality control by reviewing stitch-outs and proofs before production
· Manage
production batches and troubleshoot issues as needed
· Perform
routine machine maintenance and adjustments to ensure smooth operation
· Collaborate with internal teams to improve
workflow efficiency
· Track and
manage inventory of embroidery supplies
What We’re Looking For:
·5+ years of embroidery experience, including
multi-head machines
·Strong background in product decoration and best
practices
·Experience with machine maintenance &
troubleshooting
·Ability to train and mentor junior team members
·Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and
efficiency
·Strong communication and leadership skills
Bonus Points For:
·Experience with Barudan & Ricoma embroidery
machines and software
· Supervisory or management experience
· A degree
in a related field
· Process
improvement expertise
