Job Summary:
We are
seeking a diligent and organized Custom Support Administrator to join our team.
The Custom Logo Support Team, comprised of dedicated agents and graphic design
artists, collaborates to seamlessly process orders from Sales, through
Production, and finally Delivery to our valued customers. As a Custom Support
Administrator, you will interface directly with our Sales Team and Vendors,
facilitating order processing and ensuring the prompt delivery of personalized
golf products to our clientele. If you possess a keen eye for detail, excellent

Key Responsibilities:
·Customer Communication:
oCollect logo files from
customers, request proofs from the Art Team, and obtain logo approval from
customers.
oFacilitate payment collection
from customers.
oCoordinate with vendors to
procure products, arrange decoration, and organize delivery schedules.
oAddress and resolve order
issues promptly by liaising with Customers, Sales Team, IT Support, and
Production Team.
·System Operations:
oUtilize GBC Admin Site
(Management System) to process all orders efficiently.
oMonitor and track the
progress of vendor orders.
oMaintain detailed records and
notes regarding order progression and communication within the system.
·Team Collaboration:
oFoster a positive team
atmosphere and culture.
oProvide support to other departments
during peak seasons or based on workload and staffing levels.
Qualifications:
·High
school diploma or equivalent preferred.
·Strong
professional communication and customer service abilities.
·Proficient
computer operation skills.
·Interpersonal
skills, including self-motivation, multitasking, and attention to detail.
·Previous
experience with data-management software and Microsoft Outlook preferred.

oMonday – Friday:
7am – 6pm
o9-hour shift within
this timeframe with a 1-hour lunch

hours, upon request

available as needed and subject to Manager’s Approval
