Head of a team of 4 engineers and a technician: logistics, industrialization, methods, and
quality.
- Managing 4 customer’s portfolios (EATON, FINSECUR, AXENDIS, ASTEEL EST)
- Owning responsibility of production and sales for a turnover of 10 Million EUR on more than
110 different products active in series.
- Owning responsibility material and labor productivity.
- Owning Responsibility of P&L results.
- Preparing and coordinating the Quarterly Business Review (QBR).
- Ensuring and maintaining cost efficiency of sales through conducting periodical Price review:
Forex impact assessment, material price evaluation, Labor costs variation.
- Ensuring customer respect of all aspects of the contract including engineering, supply Chain,
commercial and manufacturing/operations.
- Owning responsibility for various KPI: Revenue, PPV, VAV, MVA, Gross fit, Cash cycle, OTD,
PPM, ITO.
- Ensuring profitability, satisfaction, and growth of my customer accounts.
- Managing the RFQ Process for new projects for my Customers.
- Leading customer invoicing (Additional costs, NRE, Excess &aged inventory)
