I am a full-fledged Senior Civil/QC Inspector with a total of 21 years’ experience; 8 years as an Approved Civil Inspector for Dubai Property, Abu Dhabi Housing Committee (ADHC) and Ministry of Public Work Department (MOPW) Dubai, UAE. 10 years as Civil Inspector/QAQC Engineer at Port Project Qatar and Expressway & Highway in Qatar with Ministry of Public Work Department ASHGHAL (PWA) and NPP committee as approved inspector. Within these roles I have a very broad experience covering site inspections, material delivery inspections, material testing witnessing, material sampling, site safety, quality assurance, manpower allocation, coordination with Engineers and Client representatives and have excellent analytical skills for problem solving with coordinates, Supervision communication, quality management systems and procedures for construction verification and QA/QC audits. Further my job requires that I undertake review and analysis of pertinent documents or contractor submittal, and my comments are incorporated and evaluated.
My key skills and expertise are in horizontal civil works and QC/QC work which include major construction supervision of Roads, Highway, Expressway, Utilities and Infrastructure works E-Ring Road & D-Ring Road upgrading projects. I have worked for a major consultant on the New Port Project monitoring all aspects of construction of utilities, utilities buildings, offices, Road and interlock paving within the commercial terminals.
