About

I am a strategic thinking, adaptable Business Leader who specialises in identifying and delivering operational efficiencies. I have the ability to identify business problems and provide solutions through evidence based solutions whilst driving high performance through a focus on people and growing talent. I have experience in leading business change and transformation projects across a variety of operational, logistical and technological workstreams. Most recently I have overseen the transformation of front line service and product delivery in the Ombudsman space. A believer in pushing myself and others outside of our comfort zones both professionally and personally as I believe this is where growth exists. I also have a keen interest in sustainability through building transparent and robust operations. A Prince 2 qualified practitioner I have detailed knowledge of sound project process and best practices. Outside of work I am a sport enthusiast.
