With over 15 years of senior leadership experience in golf, hospitality, and strategic destination management, I have built a diverse and well-rounded career spanning world-class venues in the UK and internationally. As a PGA Professional and CMDip-qualified leader, I’ve held senior roles at globally recognised organisations including Jumeirah Golf Estates, The Celtic Manor Resort, The PGA, and Sherborne Golf Club. My experience encompasses the full spectrum of golf operations—ranging from managing private members’ clubs and major resort destinations to overseeing elite tournament delivery, membership strategies, guest experiences, and multi-million-pound budgets. Most recently, I have also contributed at board level to strategic planning and operational transformation within a historic UK visitor attraction.
