Certified mental and performance coach for golfers
Handicap : 2.1
About
My background is in the hospitality and financial sectors, and I’m also a passionate golfer with a current handicap of 2.1. Five years ago, I began coaching my son, who aspired to become a professional golfer after finishing high school. At the time, his handicap was 30. Within two years, I helped him improve to a 2.3 — a transformation that required deep commitment and research.
To support his progress, I immersed myself in the study of golf performance, reading extensively and analyzing countless videos. Drawing on the latest discoveries in neuroscience, I developed a method designed to accelerate the learning process. This approach has been thoroughly tested and has proven effective in helping average players become good to excellent players— more quickly than most traditional golf academies.
Today, I run a coaching service focused on mental and golf performance in France: www.mieuxgolfer.com
