With over 20 years of experience in hospitality management, lodge operations, and sales & marketing, combined with a strong background in golf operations earlier in my career, I bring a unique skill set that aligns perfectly with the demands of managing and growing a modern golf club.
My career began in golf — managing operations, member services, and guest experiences at Leopard Rock Golf Resort as director of golf , where I grew into a hotelier over the 10 years and became Operations Manager
Over the past decade, I have broadened my expertise in the hospitality sector, serving as General Manager and later overseeing sales and marketing for lodges and tourism brands across Southern Africa. This experience has sharpened my ability to drive revenue growth, manage multidisciplinary teams, and deliver exceptional guest service — all of which are directly transferable to the golf club environment.
