A Senior Executive with 30 years experience working with property developers and investors to build, acquire, and operate some of the best golf real estate developments in the Asia Pacific Region (China, Korea, Vietnam, Japan, Australia, India, and Indonesia). As a CEO/MD/GM I lead multicultural operations, finance, sales, and project teams of up to 1200 associates during the design, construction, and operations phases of large scale golf/resort residential communities. I collaborate with designers and architects to maximize land usage within golf developments, analyze the correct mix of real estate products for the market, develop financial projections, provide design briefs for operationally efficient clubhouses, develop sales strategies for real estate and golf course memberships, and create the most effective operating model for the corporate body and golf course.

I've performed due diligence on over 60 golf developments in Japan and advised Goldman Sachs Realty on the acquisition and post acquisition asset management of 96 golf courses, leading to the successful listing of the re branded company, Accordia Golf Co Ltd on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
