I am a qualified PGA Professional with over 20 years’ experience across golf club management, eCommerce, golf operations and luxury hospitality. My background spans operations leadership at premier clubs like Royal Johannesburg & Kensington Golf Club and The Bryanston Country Club, and guest engagement at luxury travel company, &Beyond. I combine a deep understanding of what makes golf members and guests feel welcome, with business, retail and marketing experience. Currently a member of The Wanderers Golf Club, I have experienced the good and bad of service delivered to the members, which I think is invaluable when taking responsibility for delivering that experience.
